The Kategorki 2 apartments offer three distinct, individually designed styles to suit every taste. All apartments are located in the front building but vary in orientation: while the Kategorki 2B apartments face the street, guests of the other styles enjoy a serene view of the quiet courtyard. The Kategorki 2A apartments stand out with their elegant, freestanding bathtub with golden feet. Kategorki 2B, on the other hand, is particularly popular for its stylish green-tiled bathroom and balcony overlooking the charming Weinbergsweg. The two Kategorki 2C apartments feature a unique layout: the dining area is separate from the bedroom and bathroom. While these apartments do not have a bathtub, the view of the lush courtyard creates a calming atmosphere.

The Kategorki 3 apartments come in five unique design variations. Whether lush and sensual, playfully contrasting, or bright and airy – there’s an apartment to match every individual style. You can specify your preferred apartment in the "special requests" field when booking. While we strive to accommodate preferences, this is subject to availability. All Kategorki 3 apartments face the quiet courtyard and feature a bathtub – with the exception of Kategorki 3E.

Lotte comes across as the trendiest studio pad of all times. Located on the ground floor of the rear building, this apartment is designed for budget travellers who do not want to compromise on style and comfort.
